1988 - Dimensions cm 50x70

This image was created by me to pay dutiful homage to Enzo Ferrari the man, who, with wisdom and self-sacrifice, managed to carry the Italian colors to Worldwide heights, bringing so many successes for many decades in a sport as difficult and unpredictable as Motor-Racing. His " Marriage " to Monza, which lasted about 40 years, was never anything less, because Monza gave him his first " baby ", with the important victory of 1949 by Alberto Ascari in the 1st. Italian Grand Prix. On 14th. August 1988, the glorious course of the " Grande Vecchio " was ended, and Monza did not forget its Great Man and comrade of so many struggles, giving Enzo Ferrari, only about a month from his death, the famous " one-two " the work of Gerard Berger e Michele Alboreto, that he had so long expected. Monza, with a flash of pride, also rendered him well-earned gratitude by giving him the 10th. Italian Grand Prix ("the dream became reality").
This image currently turns out particularly beloved to the ferrari’s fan, because the car with number 27 was driven from Michele Alboreto prematurely passed away.

P.S. I believe, and am firmly convinced, tha the spirit of Enzo Ferrari will always haunt all the race-circuits of the World.
